Recently, Taizhou JinenU New Energy Co., LTD has successfully be awarded AA-level “Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System Certificate”, marking a significant achievement in promoting the deep integration of informatization and industrialization at the Taizhou Base, and a new stage has been reached in the integration work.

The Taizhou Base is building an intelligent manufacturing workshop to promote the deep integration of the informatization and industrialization. It establishes various application systems through the construction of a private cloud platform, adopts SOLServer database to deploy various systems such as OA, ERP, MES, and WMS, integrates the systems with each other, connects with equipment, and realizes the full-process digital management and control from order import, raw material purchase, production, quality inspection, finished product warehousing to customer delivery.

Compared to the average level in the same industry, the smart manufacturing workshop at the Taizhou Base has shown significant improvements in output levels, production efficiency, operational costs, quality, and environmental friendliness. The annual output has increased by 12.6%, the workforce has been reduced by 12 people, the annual output value has increased by 10.4%, the annual costs have decreased by 10.9%, and the defect rate has decreased to 0.02%, continuously creating a new competitive advantage in the digital environment and obtaining sustainable competitive advantages that align with the positioning of specializing in ODM|OEM for JinenU Solar.
